Contrary to popular (and misguided) belief, joining a gym like ours when you’re new or not very strong will not be a massively humiliating experience. In fact, the first months are arguably the most wonderful and memorable for a a new Optimum Crew member because you’ll frequently blow past your body’s self-imposed limits. That’s a great feeling.

GET YOUR FREE GOAL ASSESSMENT
We have a very unique program at Optimum Performance – especially for men who are new to fitness and weightlifting. We start everyone off with a complimentary 20-min fitness goals assessment. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if Optimum will be your best path to success.
Following this, you will receive a completely free training session to test drive our male-specific workouts.
During your FREE goal assessment we will:
- Get to know you, your motivators, your drivers and current fitness goals.
- Match up your goals with a Optimum coach who specialises in that area
- Provide an overview of our unique training methodology and session options
- Give you a tour of Dublin’s premier private training facility
- Determine if Optimum Performance will be the best solution to take your training to the next level.
