  1. A front pose, arms relaxed by your sides
  2. A back pose, arms relaxed by your sides
  3. A left side pose, hands on your head
  4. A right side pose, hands on your head

We cannot proceed without these images so ensure you do this TODAY, preferably RIGHT NOW!
