We have waiting lists in our Stillorgan gym. Why? Because we get our clients results, we only take on serious members, and we take a very rigorous approach to our work.

We’d love to be more accessible. We wanted to open ourselves up to female clients. We wanted to teach as many people as possible what it means to be properly coached by an expert who walks the walk. We want OP to be elite in every sense of the word except in spending power. So we have spent the last six months constructing some new workout approaches that would match the standard of our Private Personal Training but in a small group (3-6 people) context for females only.

It took some effort and patience to get it right. But after some experimentation (and, naturally, some sweat..) we concluded that the OP small group training sessions had to fit the following criteria:

  • Interesting and full of like-minded women who can help give you support and make the class fun. That’s fairly easy though, a quick visit to any OP gym will show you that there’s no atmosphere quite like it. Intense, yet inclusive and welcoming. Feeling like part of a team makes the process much more fun – which is why we called them TeamOP!
  • Helping you achieve results. We’re famous for helping people get results. This is what we do. We want our group training participants to get closer to the body or level of fitness they’ve always wanted, but never quite been able to achieve.
  • Small enough to not be like any spin or body attack class where individual coaching is impossible and you’re left to fend for yourself somewhere in the back. So we found our sweet spot and limited the number to no more than 4 per session.
  • Short enough to fit in before or after work. We found the 30-40 minute mark to work perfectly. Why? Because we don’t mess around and we go hard. Spending hours in the gym to get real results isn’t necessary, and frankly, most of us have other commitments.
  • Tough enough to force your body to adapt, but accessible if you haven’t previously trained with OP.
  • Flexible.  The way we have constructed the sessions allows you serious flexibility in terms of days and times, as we understand that life can be hectic and sticking to a set routine can be impossible for some people.

Dominate 28: aimed at those who want an OP training experience without the price tag. This is perfect for clients who want short but physically demanding sessions or just for those of you who want to come and see what OP fat loss is all about. Suitable for all fitness levels and excellent for anybody who wants to reduce their body fat.

Full Body Composition: Fully tailored training, longer sessions, more advanced nutrition and customised programming – this program is for the more advanced gym-goer.

The point of The Intro Program is to trial our services – it includes a comprehensive consultation to figure out which of the two programs will suit you best once you have completed The Intro. This a no messing around program – serious candidates only.

We show you people who follow the plans and turn up – not those who are all talk.

Your results are a function of time spent following the plan; your genetic response to the right exercise and diet program; how hard you train; how consistently you come to the gym; how disciplined you are with your diet; & your starting point.

Quite often, the lower your starting point (poor fitness, not the best body composition) the better your results.

We cannot do the work for you and the results you see here are a testament to the work ethic of our clients.

Our reputation is that we are the best coaches for helping you to unlock your potential – we can lead you to the door, give you the key, even turn the handle and push the door open, but we cannot walk through it for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am out of shape, can I still do The Into Program?

We know exactly how to tailor our workouts to your level – it’s for this reason that we have multiple programs available. It is our job to prescribe you the right program.

Does it include a nutrition plan?

The Intro Kickstarter does not include a nutrition plan, however, you’ve got to have a plan. A solid, proven body transformation nutrition plan is included in our Dominate 28 and Body Composition programs.

How long are the sessions?

We know you are always on the run so we have designed our fat burning workouts to get you in and out in only 30 minutes. However, if you are more advanced, you need to commit more of your time – 45 minutes four times a week in our Full Body Composition program.
